Jerad was going to come out same day on a Sunday for a really reasonable price. We decided to wait for the original company that installed to get back to us on fixing the unit. On Monday at 2pm, that other company came back and said it would be another day before they could get to us. We called Jerad back. Not to mention, Monday morning he called us to make sure it had gotten fixed. Jerad went and got the new motor himself and had it installed in that same evening at 6pm.
